BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ORGANISATION

Parivartan Sandesh, a non-profitable organization, is a Non-Government organization (NGO) that is registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 in Delhi located at A-136, Vasant Nagar, Vasant Vihar , New Delhi and its working area is all over India. Organization is working for the betterment and development of India through promoting continuous development of rural children, women, youths and other urban poors. Organization was formed in May, 2006 with the motive to work in all over India • for most vulnerable section of the society by promoting Education, Health etc. • for humanity like AIDS awareness, Envernment Awareness etc. Parivartan Sandesh is a non-political, non-religious and not for profit making organization and working for improving the quality of the life of each resident of the society where as does’nt matter whatever may be the religion or cast of the resident. Conduct Research, surveys, entrepreneurship programme. Work to organize education programme . Conduct awareness programme effectively against problem regarding health and sanitation, environment safety, abolition of child labour, slum area, activities regarding livelihood. Promoting large scale sustainable livelihood and small scale industries. Working for child and women welfare, rural development. Provide preservation and promotion of Artistic handicraft and cultural resources. Parivartan Sandesh has been working for the integral development of the people of the society that means much more than financial development or well-being. In others words we can say that the total development of the facilities of the individual and the society. Parivartan Sandesh has such a vision, mission & scope and that can be achieved through mutual collaboration, collective effort and hard work for the betterment of the society. The formation of SHGs, Federation, Cooperative Society, Micro Enterprises Development, Education, Natural Resource Management, Health & Child Protection, and other efforts of all social welfare organization should help the people to dream of a community where the individuals are respected their rights are protected and dignity is safeguarded. Presently Parivartan Sandesh is focusing in Chhindwada district of Madhya Pradesh for the development of the tribal community which is totally disadvantaged group in the district.The Government of Madhya Pradesh has declared the district as tribal district.


At " PARIVARTAN SANDESH" we envision a future Where: We live in a democratic, socio-economic diverse society, in which the livelihood and resources of local people and communities are respected, improved and sustainably managed through equitable, Harmonious partnerships among government and civil society stakeholders.

To work towards our vision, our mission statement as follows: PARIVARTAN SANDESH enable local groups to generate innovative ways to improve their livelihoods and enhance socio-economic conditions through inter-disciplinary research capacity building and participatory approaches for nurturing inter personal dialogue among people of varying local and socio cultures, languages and knowledge systems.

 


In response to our newly articulated vision and mission, we have formulated four main goals for "PARIVARTAN SANDESH"
  • Improve the capabilities of local people for sustainable livelihoods and the well being of human and non-human residents.
  • Generate environmentally sound and socio culturally adapted knowledge for managing and conserving natural and cultural resources.
  • Enhance the capacity of committed researchers and development workers for interdisciplinary research, facilitation. Documentation and dissemination in partnership with indigenous people.
  • Offer means and methods for between knowledge systems, political systems and cultures to contribute to a society of intercultural, inter sectorial and interdisciplinary dialogue and cooperation.


  • To create Awareness, Organizing Training & Development activities.
  • Upgrading skills of Traditional Artisans, Women and other Marginalized Communities.
  • Formation and Empowerment of Common Interest Groups and support through Micro Finance.
  • Support child centered integrated development ( Child rights and Child protection)
  • Promotion of Alternative source of energy for the rural community development
  • Promotion of Natural Resource Management for the best practice of protective environment and nature.
  • Promote Medical and other allied services in Disaster
  • Disseminate innovation of science and technology. Promote large - scale sustainable livelihood. Promote small - scale Industries.
  • Provide sustainable education, health and disabled people's rights
  • Provide preservation and promotion of artistic, handicraft and cultural resources. Support child and women empowerment.
  • Promoting and organizing meaningful educational programs for target group;
  • Running vocational training programs and organizing Self – Help Groups as part of economic empowerment of these disadvantaged groups and the communities to which they belong;


  • PARIVARTA SANDESH believes in community based Natural Resource Management approach to reduce poverty of rural and urban marginal people. Sustainability of this approach largely depends upon the working as interface between government, industry, international agencies and the voluntary sector towards the promotion of better employment opportunities for these communities. This approach can be enriched by empowerment of the community through the self employment opportunities which can only be achieved bringing in attitudinal change, disseminating knowledge and by imbibing participatory skills among various stakeholders. Parivartan Sandesh has designed a regular monitoring process by adopting participatory monitoring system rather than policing.
